This is my favorite cucumber recipe and the cucumbers in the photo are my favorite cucumbers in the whole wide world.
1 thinly sliced cucumber
1 grated onion,
1 to 2 table spoons of fresh lemon or lime juice, depending on size of cucumber.
1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar,
salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce to suit ones taste
Add a little olive, by choice
Stir thoroughly and leave to marinate
