There is nothing difficult about this exercise, it is merely a test of your cognitive function, there is nothing to solve; you just have to follow the instructions.
A daily brain exercise is good for your mental health and might help you to age graciously; especially if you are over 50 and wish to reduce the risk of dementia or Alzheimers disease.

The equation tells you how many words are in the sentence you are about to read.
The second line of numbers are taken from the alphabet table which is posted on Exercise 1A; if you intend to practice the second series of exercises you should always have the alphabet table, which simply contains the alphabet and the corresponding one 1 to 26.
There are 23 letters posted in at random. Match each letter to a number and be guided by the equation, and pay heed to the health tip.
If you are brave with a healthy brain you can try to read the sentence without using the clues. Kudos to you if you can.
