Exercising the brain is just as important as exercising the body

The exercises will continue to be just tests for cognitive function and not IQ tests.

You don’t have to be a stroke victim the exercises will also be a simple brain workout for healthy brains wishing to remain healthy; All healthy brains should complete one of these exercises every day

Some exercises will have 2 parts with the same degree of difficulty, This will enable you to do a different exercise every day

  1. We learn everyday .the article is very informative and I totally agree with it. We neglect exercises and focus on eating a lot and taking drugs. We are actually meant to deal with it in a basic way before it escalates into something uncontrollable. Mind exercises, body exercises, taking A lot of water is a simple way out. Thanks for this

  2. Did you attempt to do the exercise? It is really easy to complete.

  3. These are great exercises. I think the advice that adopting a plant based diet can be improved upon. After all, corn syrup and wheat are plant based, but are very inflammatory once they are in the body.
Doing these exercises will help to improve your mental acuity. I personally enjoy doing word puzzles and crosswords.

  4. Thanks for taking the time to visit.are you talking about whole grains .corn syrup is a bi-product. By the way I am not a health I am just sharing research.I always ask readers to other sources for further info.

  5. It makes sense that it’s just as important to exercise your brain as it is to exercise your body. Just like it’s important to feed your brain, not just your body.
I’d love to see more of your brain exercises. Though I’m a little confused as to how this exercise works and is supposed to be performed.

  6. Thanks for visiting, read the instructions carefully, if the exercise is too difficult try the ones on aboutdiabetesnstrokes.com and get back to me.

  7. Exercising your brain as well as your body makes sense. Doing brain exercises is enjoyable, and keeping mentally as well as physically active is important. I love doing all types of crossword and scrabble type puzzles, but this probably only develops one part of the brain.
Which part of the brain does your exercise work? How many times should it be carried out?

  8. Sorry I am not an authority on the brain; But the daily routine of physical exercise could apply to the brain as well. Did you try the exercises, the first series of exercises are a great start. Thanks for visiting.

  9. I did not know that having a plant-based diet helps for that. I already started having more plant based diet. I think I should start right away. I wonder which food you recommend. Are there any particular foods better than the others? If you have a guide, I will really appreciate a link to it : )

  10. Thanks for the visit; a plant-based diet is a wise decision I have a website that is full of info that will help you

    aboutdiabetesnstrokes.com

    Enjoy your day.

  11. This is really a great post. I completely agree that brain should be trained as each part of the body.
From my experience, I can say that if untrained – the brain tend to degrade. I noticed it while being at home with my little baby – for nearly 2 years I just was at home with him and satisfying all his needs without thinking about mine. So when I returned back to work, I noticed that tasks that seemed easy to me before leaving for maternity leave seem more difficult now and requires longer time to figure them out – after 2 years of letting my brain to rest 🙂 Without doubt, after some time it went back to normal but the first month was quite surprising to me.

  12. Thanks for the comments, you know what they say-Use it or loose it- Did you attempt the exercise, please do and send me some feedback.
