THE INCREDIBLE ENERGY OF THE NUMBERS ONE THRU NINE

Free brain exercise for stroke victims/patients, schools and any one looking for a challenging brain exercise.

A BRAIN EXERCISE WITHOUT ACADEMIC STRESS.

After designing brain exercise #7, I was so inspired, I stayed up until the wee hours in the morning experimenting with new ideas that would lead to a new series.

The exercises are not as easy as they look, They require more patience and will test your cognitive skills.

THE Rule is the same; Complete the grid so that all the columns(vertical) and all the rows (horizontal) contain the numbers ONE THRU NINE in any order. (1 to 9).

You cannot change any of the numbers that are listed in the grid.
It will make me very happy to hear from you.

Have Fun, Thanks For The Visit. Please send me your comments.

  3. This is worth trying, I guess I would try this in the night. I always wanted something to do in the morning which would be like an exersice for the brain. I feel that I should try this out int he morning along with my physical exercises. However what time do you suggest? Evening or daytime?

  5. Hello,
I love oranges and I agree that they are good for the brain.
However, I am not sure that I understood the exercise. Could you please give some more details and maybe even an image where you explain it.
I’d definitely love to try that. And I know that my mom would love to. But she doesn’t speak English. I will translate for her when I get it 🙂

    Thanks
    Sunny
