EXERCISE DAILY AND EAT HEALTHY FOODS-

This is where my brain exercises started.

These two exercises will challenge your cognitive function.

Each exercise should not take more than 30 minutes to complete; exercise 70 is a practice exercise and exercise 71 introduces a little more discipline and is slightly more challenging and might take up to one hour to complete.

In exercise 70 the numbers one thru nine appear in any order; complete the exercise so that each remaining sub-column must contain the numbers one thru nine in any order.

You cannot use any three-digit more than once; this is a practice exercise.

In exercise 71 there is a little more discipline.

The first column and the first row each contain the numbers one thru nine, as part of a three-digit number; complete the exercise so that each sub-column and each row contain the numbers one thru nine in any order.

In this exercise no three- digit number can be used more than once in each column or row.
